iTunes 7.4 Breaks FrontRow

Since upgrading to iTunes 7.4, I can no longer play streamed video via FrontRow. I get "Video is loading..." and then I hear the video start playing, but, what I see is my desktop with iTunes open. When I press pause on my remote, I see the FrontRow pause indicator over my desktop!

This is happening on an Intel MacBook and a PowerMac iMac. Anyone else having this problem? Is this a bug or is there a way to fix it?
