iTunes 7.5 and a jailbroken Touch

I updated iTunes to 7.5 last night and it doesn't read my 1.1 jailbroken itouch. Has anyone else had this problem? Iphoto loads up so its not bricked and I can still sync it with my iBook no probs.

Another quirk is that I seem to be able to have the ability to use my desktop and my iBook to put music on the itouch, is that normal with out authorizing?
