iTunes 7.5 broke Smart Playlist?

I've had a Smart Playlist for a while now which syncs 23gb of unwatched films to my iPod. Just done a sync and it's only sending 8gb, I looked into the Playlist settings and it has removed the Movie selection part of it.

See the attachments. As soon as I press OK on the first one, then go back to edit the settings I get the 2nd picture. No files are in the playlist.

Anyone else having this? How does one go about reporting this bug to Apple?

i am noticing the same thing-in fact none of my smart lists seem to work at all-has anyone been able to create a fix of some kind
