iPod touch Itunes 7.5 wont open Ipod?

I accidentally upgraded itunes to 7.6 and you know it prevents jailbreaking so I downgraded to a copy of itunes 7.5. Now itunes doesnt see my ipod. Don't know what file I may need to trash? I'm hoping i dont have to re-upgrade to 7.5:(
