iTunes 7.6.2 VBR import bug

Hi

I noticed today that when I import (rip) a cd into iTunes 7.6.2 using VBR, it seems that the 'encoded with' portion of the ID tag is left blank. I re-imported the same song from the same cd using a CBR, and the 'encoded with' portion is just fine, saying iTunes 7.6.2.

It's not a show-stopper, but it's irritating. Anyone else seeing this? Is there a good utility out there for editing ID3 tags of an MP3?
