iTunes 7.6 Digital Copy Quality?

I did a search, but have not been able to find any detail on this.

Question, does anyone know the quality of the new digital copies that will be included with select DVD's now? Also, any 5.1 support? I think Family Guy movie is the first one.

I am guessing that the quality is probably iTunes non-HD quality that you can buy now and download through iTunes, but I hope to hear different.
