iTunes 7.7 Problems

Hey now,

I have had a lot of problems with iTunes 7.7 since it was released. I have also noticed that sometimes iTunes does not recognize my iPhone when I connect the phone to iTunes at first, only when I disconnect will it appear on the left side as a "Device." (This doesn't happen all the time but enough to start getting a little annoyed) Not only that, iTunes has been crashing a bunch since the firmware 2.0 was released. I have sent at least 10 error reports to Apple. Anyone else having these problems?

7.7 might turn out to be the most infamous itunes update ever--that's assuing quality control gets back up to normal with subsequent releases. You can read the apple discussions ( http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=149 ) to find out that you are not alone.

Apple, as usual isn't admitting any problems but we all hope an update with fixes will be relased soon.
