iTunes 7 & large library - slow loading

After upgrading to iTunes 7 it takes for ever to launch iTunes and now I get a progress bar that says loading iTunes Library that I didn't get under iTunes 6, I have about 30,000 songs in my library so I imagine it is only a issue with large libraries doe any one else have this issue?...

Yes, i have this too. My library is about 15,000. Did not get it before iTunes 7

ya, I got a 140 gig library

I get that little bar thing for about three seconds.....no biggie.

iTunes 7 crashes on me, about 2 times a day since i installed it. iTunes 6 and earlier seemed so stable. i don't know what is going on...

I have the same slow startup problem. Something that has been fixed in iTunes 7 is the Sleep mode conflict for the monitor during downloads.
