Here's the problem I'm having.

My co-working picked up a new ipod with video and he needed my copy of iTunes. I messed up and hooked it up under OS X instead of Windows and it formatted it for a Mac instead of Windows.

Anyways, I can't format it for Windows because iTunes is asking to connect to the internet to restore the iPod (my laptop is current unable to connect to the net and I can't install iTunes onto the computers that can).

Is there any way to format the iPod to get it to work under Windows again?

Not without internet access, I believe.
