Itunes 8.1.1 Issues

Anyone having issues? I have posted a screenshot. First the menu where it says "Name Time ARtist Album" etc is all weird looking like it didnt load right. Next to it on the left, there is a very small pixelated button thing?

Finally, I can not rate ANY SONGS! Even songs that have a rating show no stars! When I right click a song, and click "rating" its always 4 stars?

Have you been to View settings, unselected album, then reselected it?

I did that just now, and tried to scroll all the way to the right to see "album" then scroll back, and look!
