Itunes 8.1 and the "I" Symbol

I notice in the latest Itunes when you edit a TV Show or movie description it then puts the "i" after it, clicking the "i" brings up the information box, but the description you just added is not in that. Is there anyway to get it in there because that box is not edittable. Am I correct in thinking if there is info in the info box it would display on the ipod ?

iTunes lets you edit the short description field, the "i" displays the contents of the long description field (along with actors, directors, producers, writers, etc). Subler and MetaX can edit the long description field.
