iTunes 8: Artist or album shuffle?

I tried looking for the artist or album shuffle in iTunes preferences but I can't find it. I know it used to be under playback, but it's not there anymore. Is it possible to shuffle by album or artist?

I'm using iTunes 8.

Yeah it was moved. Its under the Control Menu now. Its no longer in the Preferences.
