Hello,

Before I upgraded to iTunes 8 I had my entire library organized by "album" - as in; characters-numbers-letters. For example, it would organize my music via albums and the first listing would be for an album titled "!!!" than it would list all of my albums with numbers in them, and finally, it would list the rest of the albums from A-Z.

Now, the characters are at the bottom and the letters at the top. As; my albums are organized from A-Z, than it goes to characters and then to numbers.

How do I revert back to the way it was before I installed iTunes 8? Where it would list characters first, then numbers and then A-Z?

Click the little triangle next to the word "Album".

That puts everything in descending order; characters-numbers-Z-A.
I don't like it that way, why isn't the same way as before? Characters-numbers-A-Z?

I called Apple and the rep told me that is just the new that they're doing it.
