So iTunes 8 doesn't shuffle my playlist correctly. If I start playing my playlist with shuffle on, after the first song it just stops. If I turn off shuffle and go to a next song, then turn shuffle on and continue playing, it works fine.

Anyone seeing this besides me?

Edit: just recreated the playlist and it works fine now.

I also have had this problem. With shuffle selected, one of my playlists just stops after the first song, while another playlist will not shuffle and plays the next song. I'll recreate them all and see how it goes.

I think there is a problem with the Shuffle feature in iTunes 8. I sometimes will hit play and just let it shuffle through my entire library. Tried that today for the first time since downloading 8 and it stops after the first song. REALLY annoying!

Turn Shuffle On/Off to Fix

Mine stops after one song on shuffle mode.

But if I turn shuffle off and then back on, the problem is fixed.

I also have this problem. I mainly use smart playlists. Make sure you report it to apple.

need to check the songs

goto edit select all right click selections and click check all now shuffle will work

The problem was actually a bug in the first release of iTunes 8. It has worked fine since they released the first update to iTunes 8.
