Syncing has never been a problem before. But this morning I launched iTunes while the phone was connected and it gave the option of restoring from a previously saved backup or is this a new phone.
I ejected and re-mounted then phone several times and got the same message. The last time I connected my iPhone was 1-2 days ago and had no problems. I quit and restarted iTunes, powered off/on my iPhone and nothing seems to work.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and more importantly how to remedy it? The only thing I can think that's different is the new iTunes 9.0.2 and the OS 10.6.2. I'm wondering if this is a software compatibility or functionality issue.
