iTunes 9.1 question(windows)?

I had my iPhone jailbroke on 3.12 and iTunes version at 9.0 something. I remember reading that 9.1 was not a good idea on windows with 3.12. Since the release of the Spirit jailbreak I have upgraded to 3.13. Is iTunes 9.1 still a no-no on Windows?

The Windoze version of iTunes 9.1 is missing a .dll file needed by Blackra1n. It can supposedly be fixed by running BlackBreeze.

I'm using iTunes version 9.1.1 with an iPad and iPod touch that I jailbroke using Spirit. I'm running windows 7. No problems with iTunes as of yet.
