iTunes 9 file organization

So I wanted to clean up my files and i saw there was an option to upgrade to iTunes Media Organization. Well I did it and I hate how it did it. Some songs didn't go into the music folder so now I just have a mess. I guess it's time to backup the library and reimport back in so I can have some organization back. Anyone else do this and what you think of iTunes new organization techniques?

I had no problems with it, and like it a lot more. It makes a lot more sense this way.

Me too, it worked flawlessly. Only thing I found that it didn't import iPhone Apps which weren't in the iTunes library, but remained in the Mobile Applications folder when I once deleted them from the Apps tab in iTunes but kept them in the folder - makes sense.

But keep in mind that Time Machine will backup your whole (and maybe huge) iTunes folder after changing the structure - it was a pain seeing TM backing up 20 GB
