iTunes 9: Why still no 'favorite' section???

Not sure if i'm missing it but why didn't Apple after all these years and now with the iTunes 9 launch still not include a "favorites" section where you can add and observe updates to your favorite shows?

Every time i want to see if one of my favorite shows have new episodes i need to go through all the sections first before i get to it. Why why why?

What's so difficult about including an option like that?

I hadn't even thought about it but you're right. This would be perfect. If you do the Season Pass it'll automatically download but then you have to buy the whole season.

Make it like Podcasts and have new episodes show up right in your library and give you the option to buy them.
