iTunes 90 day lock iPhone question

Hello,

I recently got my 11 pro replaced at the Apple store. I restored from an icloud back up and all is well. However when I went to play a song it noted that the device is already associated with another device. I can transfer mine. But for 90 days another device can’t be associated.

that’s fine For me.

but I plan to sell my phone in the next month. Would this cause a problem for anyone else who buys the phone? Can this be “unlocked“.
