iTunes AAC conversion issue - only get 10% of MP3 in result

Hi,

I have a ~15 hour MP3 file that, when I do an AAC conversion in iTunes (windows), it does not error out, but the resultant file is only 21 minutes long?

Any ideas how to fault find this? Is there an AAC conversion log file somewhere?

Note I've already run prior to the AAC conversion MP3val across the MP3 file to ensure its tags are valid.

Just tried on an 8 hour version of the MP3 file (which I ran through MP3val) and this time got:

Error occurred while converting the file XXX. An unknown error occurred (-50)
