iTunes "accept incoming network connections" annoyance

I get this Accept or Deny message every time I open iTunes. I realize I have Firewall enabled, but is there anyway to set itunes to accept automatically?

Mine did that too every time when I upgraded to iTunes 9. So I trashed iTunes, removed it from the safe list, and maybe a couple other things, I’m not sure, and then I downloaded it fresh from Apple.com and installed it. It’s worked fine since then.

Oddly, it seems like this problem comes and go's.
