iTunes account consolidation?

I believe I need to consolidate.... Somehow I have two iTunes accounts. I have a MacbookPro, Apple TV, and 2 iPhones (wife and I), plus MobileMe familypack. I seem to have purchased most of my iPhone applications from one iTunes account but a few from the other. This makes it very challenging when trying to install updates (won't do it much of the time). Any ideas?

While you've got your iPhone connected, log into the other iTunes account and download any updates. My wife and I both have separate iTunes accounts but we share all music and apps. Just make sure that both of your computers are authorized for both accounts.
