Okay hi, guys.

Really quick; my sister has a PC on which she held all of her iTunes songs. Her iPod only had about 3/4 of them backed up. She paid for the other 1/4 of those songs. Is there any way or guarantee that Apple may have that I'm not familiar with that will allow us to re-download those songs from her account because she did pay for them?

Thanks in advance. It sounds kinda sketchy but I figured I'd ask anyway. You never know.

Any downloaded media needs to be treated like cash, always keep a double backup of anything on your computer you paid hard earned money for. Saying that contact applecare and explain whats going on and see what they can do for you. They are on your side and you get a lot further being nice but firm (just a tip)

I thought you could call Apple and get a new download once as a special thing, though in future back them up.
