A few months ago, I changed my email address, and now no longer have access to it. I bought a few movies and TV seasons over the years with that email address. The iTunes purchases completely escaped my mind before I changed my email address. I also forgot the password for the iTunes, and I did not set any Q&As
I bought a new computer at Christmas and transferred the movies and shows over to new computer.
I went to watch one of the movies today.. and I need the password to "register" computer.
I can not retrieve password as iTunes sends password reset to old email address.
Does anyone know a workaround, or have I lost my purchases permanently?
Looks I'll be going back to DVDs after this expensive lesson.. if I can not resolve it.
