One of my co-workers got an iTunes gift card for Christmas and tried logging into his account to use it. He couldn't get on so he made a new account (fake name with his real email address). He bought 4 songs and then logged off the account. Well, he went in later to get more songs and it is telling him the account does not exist. He has entered everything to try and find that account he made, but nothing. Now he is afraid that 2/3rd of the money on the card is wasted. Anyone have any ideas?
