iTunes account without billing info

Will someone send me a gift song so I can start an itunes account. I don't have money for a gift card and don't have a credit card.

I was fast enough to set up an account before they stopped the whole "no billing info" thing. I didn't realise you could set up an account with a gift card. Can anyone else confirm this?
