Does anybody have any clue on why when I try to activate my iPhone on my iMac, I get to the activation screen. When i type in the first digit of the SSN, the whole iTunes screen becomes white and then iTunes freezes. Is there a way to fix this? I've repaired permissions already so I'm sure that's not the case.
