iTunes Album Art on Desktop

Hey guys, ive noticed on many peoples desktops that they have the album art displayed of the songs they are playing through iTunes. Is this something I can set through iTunes or do I have to install an app for this ? If so, which app is it ? Thanks !

Thanks for the reply back. Is there any app which is free ? I don't want to pay $20 just so I can view album art on my desktop while iTunes is playing LOL

SizzlingKeys and youcontrol are both freeware. Both are limited to about 10 to 15 seconds with an overly of the album art.
