iTunes Album Artwork Size??? Frustrating...

Hey,

I am trying to import album artwork that I snagged off of Google Images and set it to my iTunes albums... but when I do that it shows perfectly formated in iTunes... but unfortunately, when I look on my iPhone library the artwork is slightly off kilter in some places... wether it be the occasional white strip on a side, or black bars... whatever it is... but yet, some fit 100% perfect and fill the whole window...

My question is... what is the solution? What is the correct dimensions that will 100% fill the album cover art windows without the silly bars and such? Thanks for any help!!!

If you don't want to see the bars on the side or top get the most square album artwork as possible or even crop it to square dimensions.
