iTunes Album Sorting *PIC*

Hi, I seem to have this problem every now and then but sometimes when I change to viewing settings to "album" it separates some of my albums as if they were individual songs, now the point of album view is to see your albums, not individual artists so how come I get this problem of some albums separating?

It's because the artists don't match. If you have an album with multiple artists, you need to set the "Album Artist" to be the same for all the tracks. I usually use "Various Artists" or something along those lines when it's multiple artists.

Or set the "Part of a compilation" option on all the songs in the album.

Brilliant! Selecting them all, right clicking and setting all as compilation worked perfectly. Thanks guys

I use the Various Artist Method as well.

While we're on topic, I noticed when using WhatSize that there exists a Compilations Folder with many of my songs - not just mixed albums - appearing. These do not utilize more space do they?
