iTunes alternatives for syncing music to iPhones

Are there any good alternatives to iTunes software (for Mac) for uploading music to iPhones? Unfortunately, when the iCloud Music is turned on, you can't copy albums from your iTunes library to iPhones. I would like to be able to copy my high quality iTunes files to my iPhone and use Apple Music service at the same time.

I tried iSkysoft TunesOver and it gets the job done, but I did not like the interface at all. Is there anything better?
