iTunes and an iPod that ALready has music

So i Clean Installed SL yesterday because i was having problems with my current installation. I didn't back anything up because i didn't have many apps and still have very few apps. One thing I did overlook tho was my itunes library and now when I plug in my nano itunes wants to erase and sync because an ipod can only be synced with one library. Is there a Way I can keep the music on my ipod or import it?

There are some bits of software that let you take your music off the iPod - try Googling.

Do a search for this on google, i forgot the program but i had to do this too. I had received a new computer from work, and had all my music on my iphone. It was a pain in the butt, but it worked.
