iTunes and apps transfer

Has anyone else had problems with apps downloaded on the iPhone not showing up under the apps tab in iTunes? During sync, it even shows that the apps are transfering and I also tried the transfer apps command. And I did respond yes when asked whether apps should be transferred from the iPhone.

Haven't seen this problem but I've found its best to download your apps through iTunes rather than on the phone. However, to solve your problem all you need to do is download the app you purchased on your phone in iTunes. It will recognize that you've already paid for it and let you download it again.
