iTunes and Archos 504

Hello all,
Sorry for the sacrilege in considering an Archos 504 but I’m getting fed up waiting for Apple to release a large screen video player and the 504 seems to fit the bill.

I know that the old Archos AV500 had a plug in for iTunes but does the new 504? My compute of choice will be my Powermac so it will need to run on OSX.

Also will it sync across the album art as well?

Thanks for any feedback as I’m keen to get one of these before I go away on a well earned weeks holiday and this info is critical to whether I get one or not.

The 504/604 is a nice bit of kit. We had one in the office last week to try out and although the UI was a little clunky, it performed pretty well (and I suspect the UI issues would go away once you read the manual and got used to it). I was slightly tempted too.

It does say that it's Mac compatible but I'll see if it's still lying around the office and glance at the manual to see if that means it's iTunes compatible!
