I love Apple and think I am the only one with this issue and need help. I signed up for new iTunes and turned on the cloud part so that I could save and download songs to my device.wasso excited!!......then when I went back in to download my playlists they were gone and so was 80% of my music (which was iTunes purchases). So I figured ugh looks like I am starting over and tried to create new playlist to only have it store one song to the list ..... To say the least I am surprised by all of this. Any advice will help...and yes I did go back and turn of the iCloud switch and my music did not come back.
