A couple of months ago I switched my library over to My Book external HD and everything was fine. So today I go to play my music and the little ! pops up on every song.
I checked the prefernces and it still says MYbook:Itunes:Itunes Music:

So I was wondering why all my music isn't working
Any Help would be awesome.
Thanks.

Obvioulsy your iTunes software can't see your external hard drive. Can you see you music on your hard drive by looking there. That is, is your music still on your hard drive, and if so, can you see it by clicking on your hardrive on your desktop?

Do you keep the files that hold the information regarding your playlists on your computer, separate from your separate hard drive, or on your hard drive with the music?

As long as your music is still on your hard drive and you can see it the worst thing you'll have to do is copy it all back into iTunes and start again.
