iTunes and iOS apps storage

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible to disable the storage of iOS apps on my Mac. The folder with .ipa files have more than 25 GB and since I would like to switch to the SSD those 25 gigs could be used better.

Either way, if there is possibility to store those .ipa files on local network NAS, it would would work for me as well.
