itunes and iphone syncing on new computer

i have an iphone and i just got a new computer. when i try syncing my itunes and iphone on the new computer i get the error message saying "do you want to sync this iphone to this itunes library? it will erase all data on iphone"
any way to keep the data from my iphone and transfer that data to my new itunes on the new computer?

Not unless you use a special program made to do that. The best way is to copy all your data from the old computer into the iTunes folder on the new computer. Then let it erase and sync. You can also copy over your back up. http://www.tuaw.com/2007/07/10/scanning-your-iphone-backup-files/
