iTunes and MobileMe sync

I have MobileMe and it's setup but for some reason iTunes still seems to think I don't? I don't know if this is causing any issues with my MobileMe account but I wanted to see if anyone else had run across this issue?

Oh yeah, you'll have to see the attachment to figure out what I'm referring to.
