So my setup is as follows:
I have a new Mac Mini running Lion Server with 2 external drives connected to it. One has our entire music library and the other is used for time machine server. My other 2 macs connect to external with the music via network share and it works flawlessly. Reason I did it that instead of home sharing is because I wanted the other macs to be able to add music to the drive from their end and it works.
The only thing that sucks is that the music has be to added to the library in each individual machine as iTunes on the other machines do not scan the library for changes and automatically adds it. Is there a way to automate that process? The main machine I want to automate the process is the mac mini because it is the central hub for all my machines.
