iTunes and ringtone viability problem

I got a new MBP 2 weeks ago.

Got an iPhone today.

For some reason, ZERO of my songs have ringtone viability! This is absurd since at least 50% of my library has been purchased via iTunes.

Any ideas on how to rectify this?
