I followed the tutorial to move my itunes library from my PC hard drive to my Diskstation.

Now when I open itunes on my pc, and purchase music, I get an error There was a problems downloading You do not have enough access privileges for this operation"

So for some reason, I can't download my purchased music, to itunes, now that I have the library on my Synology DS213 Nas.

The folder is setup to read/write share.
And you are sure, that the rights propagate also correctly to descending folders & files? This seems to have been a problem for many:
Trouble adding music to iTunes library or importing audio CD
You have to fix these permissions via NAS account/share management interface, obviously. Unless you have access to NAS command-line, then you could use the chmod -R command as well
Then there is also the thing with existing and accessible Users/Shared folder, I'd also double-check this:
iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization
Both were discussed originally here:
Itunes download error "You do not have enough access privileges for this operation" operation"

PS one more hint in post #3 here:
Itunes access privileges
