In charge of iPhone handsets on the job, 10 or so, and have encountered a problem. We have Windows Vista on a laptop, and on that I have an account for each iPhone user with iTunes. So each user syncs their iPhone in their own iTunes with its own library. Now all of a sudden ... for me totally unknown ...it does not work for users to download software on the phone outside of iTunes in the laptop. They get each other's iTunes account, and the phone wants iTunes password from another user. However it works when you plugit in the laptop and log in using their iTunes account.The problem is when users are on the "field" and want to download anything ....anyone know what to do?
