I can not download my purchased music via the iTunes app on my 4S. 50% of the time it won't list any of the artists or songs under Purchased, and the other half of the time it won't show any of the songs if the artist has more than 10. Just sits there at this screen-no movement from the working icon either.
I have tried everything. Restore as new, hard reset, restore from icloud, etc. No luck.
