Itunes app store without a credit card with existing apple id

very frustrated...
try to download a FREE app, and it seems I cant make it
there is no NONE button among my credit card options
what should I do?????
 
The only way you can have a non-cc iTunes account is to set one up with a gift card. And it has to be set up with redeeming the gift card first.
