How can I contact an iTunes app developer to give him some feedback? Is it through iTunes or not?

I mean feedback as in a personal message, not the review/feedback option on an itunes app page.

All published apps require the developer to include a contact email address with the app submission (as well as a link to the developer's website). So, from within the iTunes/App store, look at the product page. Depending on your device (iPhone, iPad, or desktop running iTunes), the link will be in a different spot. But, it's near the top where all of the information is about the developer.

You should find a link suitable for emailing the developer.
