How do you know whether a track has embedded artwork or artwork from the iTunes7 artwork folder? Is there a way to see which tracks have what?

Usually artwork is embedded into the MP3.

Switch to Cover Flow to see what songs have their album art.

You can also select "Get Album Artwork" in iTunes. If it cannot get it, the track won't have it.

I think you guys misunderstand.

The 'Get Album Artwork' option in iTunes 7 does not embed artwork in the ID3 tag. It using it's own method and local 'Album Artwork' folder.

However, if you drag artwork into a track manually, that WILL embed it into the file. My question is how to know which files have which method.
