The version given when I click for more details is 4.7 (which would be a pretty old version of iTunes)... any explanation for this?

A amirite macrumors 6502a Original poster Aug 17, 2009 880 691 Jan 23, 2011 #2 Hey I figured it out after Googling the user-agent string... turns out some people change their user-agent to "iTunes/4.7 (Macintosh; N; PPC)" to trick sites into thinking they're delivering content to iTunes...or something. Close thread please.
