iTunes ask for registration continuously

Hi,
I have a new iPhone 4S and everytime I connect it to iTunes (Mac) it asks me to register the device. I've already clicked on "Never Register" but when I reconnect it, iTunes asks again. I even did the registration but still iTunes keeps asking me for it all the time.

what's wrong ?
