iTunes asks me to remove apps when...

I remove a movie from my iPhone, I downloaded 2 apps and it asks me if I want to remove them from the iPhone. I said no but it just doesn't remove the movie. I can't chute out why I can't just remove the movie. My iPhone is jailbroken now

Basically I got some free apps on my iPhone and I want to remove a movie to give up more space but the ones I downloaded on my phone iTunes is asking me to delete along with the movie. I just want to delete the movie.
